Leading this vision, building teams, securing strategic partnerships, leading product development from the bench to the bedside, and raising funds, it is all being driven by Darren’s vision to save newborn lives by rapidly detecting and treating this life-threatening infection using host-response biomarker technology.
With three decades of experience across big Pharma, biotech, and specialty Pharma, Darren has a deep understanding of healthcare and industry. For the past decade as CEO, he has led organisations in the UK and Europe, and worked intimately with regulators, reimbursement authorities and professional organisations.
Darren is currently Lay Trustee of the Intensive Care Society, the largest UK multi-professional membership organisation for healthcare professionals working in intensive care.
